A Wayland native, Heidi attended nursing school at Elmira college receiving her BS in Nursing in 1997. She also completed a BS in Exercise Science at Ithaca College the same year. After college she spent nearly 7 years as an Army Nurse Corps officer. After the Army she graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse in 2006. She has worked in Urgent Care, Family Practice, and most recently Endocrinology. She is board certified as a FNP, Diabetes Educator and Advance Diabetes Management. She is married to Bill Carr, an Army Officer, and together they have 3 children, Peter, Genny, and Joseph.
I grew up in Canaseraga and have been working as a LPN for 41 years. I have been working for Noyes Hospital since 1986 in different areas of the hospital. I have been at Creekside Family Medicine with Dr Tallman since opening in 2010.
Barb resides in Hornell and will be joining Creekside Family Medicine to provide for your healthcare needs. Barb comes to us from Noyes Health with the advanced knowledge and experience that is needed to provide quality and friendly care.
I have worked in the medical field for about 20 years. I came to this office with previous physician office experience and really enjoy working with people.
Jessica is a medical secretary and comes to us from Wegmans Pharmacy. She will be working as part of our team to provide excellent customer service. Jessica will be scheduling appointments, obtaining authorizations, completing referrals, and other requests.
